Unable to see page without Full Access Rights

Hello all,

I have an issue with 12.0 where I cannot see some pages without the "Full Access (no security - NOT RECOMMENDED)" enabled.

But I still have the search available (see screenshot) :

As for rights :
- One group : Administrator
- Privileges : Administer Dashboards
- Table rights : everything for Dashboard, Widgets, ....

I have the same issue on 2 different 12.0 solutions, with the same settings.

Only way to access it is through the direct URL (solutionurl/crm/entitylist?entity=Dash&page=desktop/List&gridname=DashList&active=true&opened=true&recentlyused=true&rse=T) which is accessible because of table rights on my user.

Oracle access rights / roles

Dear,

Can you tell me what roles or access rights we need to be able to create a database in Oracle?
'DBA' is not allowed.

I also saw the role EFFICY_FULL is used. It only has system rights assigned to it.
Is it needed or is it optional to create?
