/addmail different behavior of argument MAILTO in 12.0 vs 11.1

Hi,

I have used the web request /addmail (doc ref) with the argument mailto in project Efifcy 11.1. The mailto argument was filled with the email (string, not a number key) and when executing it I've got outlook opened with the given email in mailto argument.

addmail?page=dialog/SysMailEditExternal&external=true&mailclient=outlook&files=62197_0&bookmark=-1&fromentityname=Docu&fromentitykey=19010&fromentity=12&template=91&mailto=*Emails are not allowed*

Now, I am upgrading the client to Efficy 12.0 and I noticed that the mailto argument is no longer working as expected. Outlook shows (Inactive) instead of email (mailto value). But if I replace the mailto value with key number of Efficy user this one is filled up.

Any idea why /addmail behave differently in version 12.0 ?

Does anyone knows how the files or documents arguments are working for the addmail WebRequest, because it is not well documented in EDN (cf link below) ?

I am trying to use them in order to create an email with an Attachment from the Efficy Interface using the SideBard like the create Instant Email but from the consult of an Entity.
