Possible to change agenda view for confidential items?

Hi All,

In the agenda planning view the confidential items are shown on top of the users separately.

Is it possible to have the confidential items shown behind the user that has the confidential appointment instead?

Edit check for overlapping items appointments

Efficy provices standard functionality for checking overlapping appointments. See screenshot. I would like to change the query used for this check. More specific: I would like to remove the check for all-day-events. Only events which are not 'all-day' should be checked for overlap. Where can I find this? I found the function agendaConflicts in editCmd.js, but I am not sure how to edit the check here.

loss of recurring appointments

hello,

I have some problem on recurring appointmenst on a database migrated from elink :
- first problem :
- Fields "krecurparent", "recurdef", "recurdef2" are not updated from elink db
- Second problem :
- these "recurring appointements" does not appears in conflict when an user create an other appointment
- third problem :
- if i manually updated fields "krecurparent", "recurdef", "recurdef2" and "timezone" on these appointements (dbeditor) :
=> the "reccuring options" appears only on the first edition of appointment. (when clicking on apply or OK => loss of these data )

Some idea to solve these 3 problems ?

Dear,

When syncing from Outlook to Efficy, a meeting with multiple invitees is created as many times as there are invitees. For each invitee a separate record is created in the actions table.

The invitees are only linked as contacts and not as users. Even if all invitees are known as users in Efficy.
Each user has a linked action record in his agenda. When moving your appointment (in Efficy) to a different timeslot, it is not moved for the other invitees.

Is there a way to change this behaviour?

Hello,

I'm trying to customize Agenda Appointment pop-up window to show only the organizer (hide invited people and groups). while checking, i found an Efficy special query in SYSQueries for Agenda:FULL
which is:
<#USERLINK table="ACTIONS" usertable="ACTIUSER" key="K_ACTION" isactiveparam="true" actionstatus="true">

I searched for this tag but couldn't find a thing on edn, so please help to understand this sentence and what should i do in-order to show only the organizer and hide other users/groups

BTW: i tried to add ACTI_USER.STATUS = 0 but it didn't work
