Efficy 11 Extranet Download of Big files

We have a customer that has Efficy 2012 Extranet where it is possible to download big files.

Since Efficy 11, the new big files features, seems to work only with the sidebar:
https://help.efficy.com/edn/projectguides/files_overview#supported_features_per_file_kind

I would like to know if it is possible for an Extranet User to download “Big File”, if not how could we do to share such files for an Extranet user?

I can't use a UNC path for large files.

On the file server, both the user used as identity of the COM+ and of the application pool have write rights on the folders.

The folder with the key of the user (2 in this case) isn't created...
