Disallow/block EXE files

For security reasons we would like to disallow uploading executable files in Efficy CRM. (exe, jar, etc...)
Is there an option already foreseen for this ?
If no what would be the most elegant way of doing so ?

Hello,

I want to to disable the pop-up of error message for just-in-time debugger, becasue it's blocking the user's session when an error occurred, so only when i cancel the message on server the user get back an error (same on JIT debugger).

so how to disable the JIT debugger message and keep only the returned message to user?

I've already tried to delete some keys from registery upon this link and restart windows but still get it.
