How to troubleshoot the server logs. What is the meaning of "Connection Clean-up: s0/0 c0/0" ?

I think everything is say: at a customer we have a lot of "Connection Clean-up: s0/0 c0/0"
in the DSoftServer logs

Is there any reason for that ?
Does it have impacts on perfomance of the server ?
