Hello,

I am trying to migrate our Efficy 10.0 to Efficy 11.3.
The CRM part works fine, except some little issues due to the custom, but globally it's fine.

I have a more important problem trying to set up the DataSynchro. I have several DataSynchro communicating with our IBMi server. They all work fine on the old server (Efficy 10.0).

When I try to reuse the .dat already configured with DataSynchro 64 bits.exe, I am encountering a weird error, which appears in a background dialog, the message is in French :

"Défaillance irrémédiable".

Then, if I try again, I have an access violation problem on jscript9.dll...

I am totally lost, I have already used et configured DataSynchro with Efficy 11.3 between SQL Server (Efficy side) and Db2 (IMBi side) without problem for a customer...

Error 'Unknown EntityView ""' when using DataSynchro (32- or 64-bits) for Efficy 11.2

Hi,

a customer is using the DataSynchro to import records.
In Efficy 10SP2+ it did run without any problems, but they are now migrated to Efficy 11.2 and when they now use the DataSynchro to create a new import and want to select the tables they get the error 'Unknow EntityView ""'.

We didn't change anything to the structure.
How can we find out on which EntityView it's about?

Datasync is not reading field value from xlsx odbc when too many records

Hello,

I have a datasync that is uploading data from xlsx file to Efficy. When there're many records in the excel file (over 5K records) the datasync some times fail to parse certain field used to match records in Efficy DB (it's string match not numeric, sometime the value can be just numbers and sometimes alpha-numeric). if i keep the same record and reduce the amount records to 100 for instance then it parses the field correctly and retrieve the matched record in Efficy.

Does any one have such issue? is it related to XLSX ODBC? since most of the time we work with xls ODBC? or is it something else?

Please advise.
