Only select year and month in date picker

Hello,

Is there a way to only select the year and month in the date picker? The day is not relevant for my case. In the database, it can still have the full date, as I can just extract the year and month. However, the date picker itself should not show the day.
I see that it is possible in the newest version of the library that you adapted, but I don't see how it's possible with your implementation.

Opportunity Kanban "Select date" and duration buttons

Hi,

The Opportunity Kanban uses the target date as the date to be filtered in the "Select date" button. I would like to replace it with Start date since we are not using the Target date. What file/s do I need to modify in order to achieve the said functionality? Thank you.! I have attached some screenshots to better understand this.

Date format from datepicker when running a query not correct

Hello,

A client with efficy 11.0.15626 is having a problem with their queries.

When launching a query the user must define a date as parameter. The datepicker formats the date with "-" as seperator but if this is used efficy returns an error. This should be "/".

(Bad Date Format in Query Parameter: '02-01-2019' is not a valid floating point value)

The date seperator hasn't been overridden is custom.js

What can be done about this? Any other settings?

Hi All,

I would like to know which date format is used by DataSynchro/DataSynchroEmbedded.
- Efficy Admin Console Date Format
- Windows Date Format

I've made a few test and it seems that we need to use the windows date format but, why ?
is that true ?

If yes it seems that we need to know the windows server config, and we also need to use different code for using in datasynchro and in serverscript.

Can you confirm ?

EFFICY 11 : invalid timestamp

Hi everyone,

I found this weird bug during a migration from 10sp2 to efficy 11.

This code, in a workflow :

dateReturn = query.fieldByName('actiBegin').AsFloat;

Return : 43201.614583333336.

As you can see, this in a valid date in delphi, and this is the date I expected :

But, when I try to use it in a date field, I got an error, saying that this is an invalid timestamp :

'622884827.-25975808' is not a valid timestamp

I had to use this trick in order to use my date :

dateReturn = Math.round(query.fieldByName('actiBegin').AsFloat*1000000)/1000000 + 0.000001;

Is there something I missed ?

In Conficy, the field is well defined and there is no "datalength" added in sys_fields.
I use the last build of Efficy 11.

Is it possible to change somewhere in Efficy to make the dates fields to be save always like this "26 January 2018"? my client has 2 servers and each with different date format (one EU format DD/MM/YYYY and another with US Format MM/DD/YYYY) and in history and chronos tab the dates are always displayed with EU Format. so is it possible to change how the dates are save and keep them as suggested?

US Date format is not applied in IE

A client has US date format "MM/DD/YYYY" set to be used in Efficy. it's working perftectly on Firefox and Chrome (if user add timestamp to memo the dates is formatted well), bu on IE it's showing DD/MM/YYYY. The regional settings on the user's PC is european format (DD/MM/YYYY), so i believe that IE is reading the regional settings on PC and apply in Efficy, it doesn't consider the configuration set in admin console, is that correct? and is there a way to make IE apply the formatting set in admin console and not use the regional settings?

Date format and Decimal point are not formatted as defined in admin console

Hello,

a client has 2 Efficy web servers with same database to have different date format and decimal point (European format and USA format).

But on USA server, the history tab and chronos tab are showing other format fro date and decimal point:
- Date should be MM/DD/YYYY, and it's shown on thos 2 tabs as DD/MM/YYYY
- Decimal point should be '.', and it's shown ','

Please advise, is it bug? can it be fixed by custom?

Different Decimal point and date format across users

Hello,

I have a request from client for the possibility to have different configuration for Decimal point and date format (some users in EU and others in US). i know we can do it globally through Admin Console or even change Decimal point or Thousands separator in custom.js

But is it possible to do custom configuration per groups for example? or only for special user?

There was an error using the selected custom view. The custom view has been disabled.
