Collect URL's of all shared document, linked to a contact

Hi all,

For a customer we have made a connection between Efficy and their portal, using a webservice. We want to be able to show all shared documents (public links), linked to this contact.

My question: Can we collect the URL's of all shared documents linked to a contact ?
And all URL's of all shared single files within documents linked to the contact ?

Error on opening DOCX and XLSX files

We recently upgraded an on premise customer to Efficy 11.1
After the upgrade the customer has a problem with opening DOCX files from Efficy documents.
Directly after opening the "connection" between the Efficy-document and the file is lost: When the user saves the file, an error pops up: "There was an error uploading the file, do you want to try again ?"

What is special:
This problem only occurs on DOCX and XLSX files. DOC files and XLS files and any other types of files (rtf, txt) works fine.
The problem only occurs on devices of the customer. I cannot reproduce the problem on my own machine.

Customer Environment
Efficy v11.1.13
The customer works on Office 365 ProPlus

Documents (Linked) with hyperlink possible?

Maybe a weird question:

We can activate "linked files" in the documents to point towards a file on a filesystem.

but is it possible to use a hyperlink in the attachements in Efficy that points to a url ?
(in custom if needed)

How add a tag into the document attachment list to indicate this attachement has archived

One of my customer want to add an information into the attachement list
Via the left menu I want to add a new entry like archive this file. Then the document will be marked as archived like into this picture.

I didn't find where implement this. Any ideas ?

How to automatically add a serie of products linked to a document?

See screenshot below. I would like to use a button which triggers a serie (>1) of products automatically linked to the document. The serie of products to be loaded depends on the linked project and is based on the type of project. This last part is less important, my main question is how to realize the first part: how to add multiple products to the document.

Projects file importer

Hey guys,

A customer would like to have an additional import button.
Would it also be possible to add this importation functionality in the opportunity page by the project team, or is this hardcoded, since it requires the new sidebar addins?

KR,
Modifying Thumbnail size

Hi all,

how are the thumbnails generated withing efficy?
Is there a chance to modify the size of the thumbnails?

We would like to return the thumnails in a certain size.

As an option we could recreate them via (scheduled) workflow...

Any chance to do that?

Thank you

Tim
