How to set the Working Duration function

Hi,

In the actions list from a project consultation context, I add a sum on the duration column.
I tried the definition :

<#F=$FIELD$;format=durationwork>

but I want to change the function because 1 day for us is not 8h but 7h.
How can I achieve this?

more : still in Efficy10, I would like to change the default Agenda Start and end displayed time (it s currently from 8:00 to 18:00

Finally : when you convert a task to an appointment, the default d_begin is 8:00 am how can I change it as well?

I ve seen a lot of things in the sys_storage, but I don't get how it works.
