I have a client who would like the date (ACTIONS.D_BEGINS) not to be editable. Is this done well in the designer?

I also take advantage of this message to ask you what are the other definitions for the fields in the designer?

Hello,

Is there a way to only select the year and month in the date picker? The day is not relevant for my case. In the database, it can still have the full date, as I can just extract the year and month. However, the date picker itself should not show the day.
I see that it is possible in the newest version of the library that you adapted, but I don't see how it's possible with your implementation.

Task linked to an action

Hi Everyone,

When editing (or creating) an action in the agenda for my current customer, I'm going to the third tab (task linked to the action) and I add one (or more) line.

Then, when I save or apply, I directly have one error says :

DsactiEdit0_Acti : Field Main not found

But we didn't have any custom for this part. I looked in the custom and then compare in the sys_tableviews, entityviews, entities but didn't find anything strange.
I have the same version than another customer and it's working fine in the other one.

So what could be the problem ?

I made it possible to link an opportunity to an opportunity in the edit screen but when I try to save it I get the following error: Can't find detail with key "167" and relation "-1"

Change checkbox label position in edit form

Hello,

Is there an easy way to change the label position of a checkbox field in efficy 10SP2 in an edition form? For example i would like the gdpr label to be right of the checkbox instead of above it using the standard checkbox.

I have changed the field data definition (field management) label position but that doesn't seem to work.
I have tried with a custom field definition creating my own checkbox but the data isn't saved (i'll try to continue on this but wanted to ask here first).

I know i could change the css but this seems to be a lot of work (seeing the complexity of the switch class) for a simple modification.

Cutomize OppoEdit - GetRelationGrid that use custom entity AND Products

Hi all!

EDIT : I tried but it don't works
When you click a button that call that /commit WebRequest, the application is not able to find some PROD_OPPO relations. It works if I remove the filter params in the GetRelationGrid(Prod).

The problem is that the last call of GetRelationGrid(Prod) filters the Dataset of EditHandle and on commit Efficy can not see the filtered relations.
I tried to unfilter the dataset after (RunScript) but it don't works

In the TabContentProds (Edit window of Documents and Opportunities), I need that the client scripts in MacroEditS do some computations following the value of some fields of PRODUCTS
I mean for example the have to do 2+2 if PRODUCTS.FAMILY==1 or 2*2 if PRODUCTS.FAMILY != 1

But, I do not want to put the value of PRODUCTS.FAMILY in the html (example) :

<tr class="mission" data-family=<#F=FAMILY;nospace=T> [...] </tr>

and use it in MacroEditS like

$('.mission').each(function() {
  var family = $(this).data('family');
})

I would prefer to use the Model, is it possible to add 'EditEntityGridProd' like 'EditEntityGridActi' in 'JsonEditModel.Docu/editEntityGrids' ?

Am I obliged to use '<%GetRelationGrid([...])%>' in the Model ? This function tag is already used to generate the html grid in 'TabContentProds' so can I not generate this part of the model here ?

Last question : How to access it in the script ?

Create a multi value field, on acc_account but filter on a specific group

Hello Efficy Team,

I am looking for the best way to filter a multivalue field on acc_account in a category. For exemple, in a category, the possibly to select only user from the group "sales".

We thought of three "simple" solutions :

In client side, with a serverscript, dynamically load the acc_account
Report the users in an other lookup, with their name and their k_user (I don't like this solution)
Edit the "sqlrule" of the multivalue field (but we struggle with the semicolon separator)

The solution provided by Kristof in the project guide about the "form in category" might do the job (because we could set a special definition for this field). Am I correct ?

Have someone another idea ?

I had to create a new entity (THEMATICS) and i need to use its values to fill a multivalue.
This multivalue is a field of Documents that allows users to choose some thematics.
To fill it i need a custom field and i found this post :

Custom options in a multi-value field

I would like to customize a multi-value field with data fetched from a custom query.

The multi-value is linked to the companies table and when I run my query and I try to populate the field, the custom declaration is ignored.

My example:

Is it possible to deactivate category when choosing a value from lookup filed

Hello,

I'm trying to do activating/deactivating a category depending if a specific value is chosen on lookup field.

first I added onchange event to lookup field to check if the a certain value is chosen then i'm activating a category, but if this value is changed to another one, then how can I deactivate the category in the edit context (this is before applying or saving the record because user needs to fill in data in the category if the certain value is chosen)

I think extending the editview.js is a solution here.

Efficy 2014 SetReference overruling security issue

I'm doing a project in Efficy 2014 and I'm trying to set a reference which I don't have any rights on. I tried to overrule this with disabling the security and then set the reference, but this had no effect.

Is it so in Efficy 2014 that you must have access to the reference to be able to use it even in coding?

Dear all,

Before in Efficy 2012 when we add a panel in a relation table (from conficy) a little pencil displayed automatically in Efficy and when the user clicked on it, all the fields in the pannel was editable. (for instance in the Documents on the product lines)

For Efficy 2014, the products line are also available in Opportunities, but I could not find this features.

Do we still have such feature in Efficy 2014 ?

if so, how can I display it ?
