Efficy 10: Access violation at address 02140740 in module 'efficy.dll'. Read of address 00000040

Hello,

When i'm trying to add new product to Document. If i'm trying from admin account it's working fine. But when i'm trying from another user that has some security setupset then i got error as in snapshot below

There's really some complex security setup behind that. but i want to know from what to focus on exactey, and if this error is related to security setup.

DLL versions are all same (DServerDLL and Efficy.dll), it's 10.1.8602.0

I'm suspecting security because with admin it works fine.

I tried to disable the workflow also but same error.

Please advise. Thank you in advance for help.

Best Regards.
