"Field not found" (Only custom fields)

Hi,
I created a custom field in Prod_Oppo and when i try to get some information from it the debugger says that the field can not be found.

I tried to do the same with other functions and then it was possible to get the field, but not in the way how i want to do it.

Maybe a thing to keep in mind is that i created some custom fields and deleted them with same name. I don't know if this is the problem but it can be...

Also when i look at the database and the sys_fields everything looks fine.

conditioning display of fields in a category

Hello,

I wish I could condition the display of fields in a category based on the value of a field of another category of the same table.

Would you have an idea of the feasibility of it and how?

Considering the Efficy Office integration wizard :

How does this wizard selects the different sets of fields for each entity in the left column of the wizard ?

Can anyone explains how these fields are selected? Can we customize anything about that?

What is the syntax to display the R_VALUE of a CATEGORY LOOKUP into a form ?

I try to display into the project consultation form the value of a lookup by key into a category.

The field is an FXXX or je veux le RF_XXX.
Of course I can create a virtual field to get the information of my category but I imagine that it all possible to do it easily just by using the right tag.

By default it's CATEGORY. I tried LOOKUP but without success. Not better with the following combinaison CATEGORYLOOKUP or CATEGORY LOOKUP.

Any quick solution ?

Hello,

Please i need to add new field to timesheet, it's the "MODE" field from actions. can you please advise how to do this? i searched in "Fields" in Conficy but couldn't find "TimeSheet" table or its fields.
So after adding it to Timesheet, i want to add this field also in TimeEdit.htm, so just add the proper html there and that's it? i mean after adding "MODE" field properly to DB and Timesheet interface.

FYI : New Entity in Efficy2014 : about Name and Active fields

FYI:

After creating a new entity, do not add the fields NAME and OPENED (Active) in the Main section of the Edit Form.

These two fields are already by default present in the edit header,
--> see the header Name field with the 'active' buton in front of it.

When adding them also in the edit main section, this will generate a malfunction of the header fields.

Efficy 2014: How to create an associated field ?

Dear Everybody,

I would like to know how to Create Associated Fields in Efficy 2014 ?

I tried to search in the standard efficy but I could not find anyone.

For Beci I have a LKSTREET and 2 fields (lookup by name not by key) STREET and FSTREET_NL. If one change the other take the translated version of the other.

Moreover, I tried different kind of Field Definition LOOKUP and LOOKUPDROPDOWN, nevertheless none of them correspond to what I am looking for :

Lookup : We can use search, but we don’t have all the values available in the LK_STREET (seems like we have a limited number of result), for instance I could not find the “Rue Rouppe” ID = 5219
Lookupdropdown : cannot search and the list is also limited

Here is what I need :
1- A dropdown with search with all values
2- When selecting one value, the other field associated (in conficy) will be automatically updated

Efficy 2014 - How to avoid displaying a field in category with no position and length values

Hi,

I have a multivalue field on which position and lenght was set to 0.
It was not shown in Efficy 2012 but now appears in Efficy 2014.

How can I make it not visible?

Hi All,

We have a "changedby" and "datechanged" field in Efficy.
We also have "DateUsed"

But do we also have a "usedby" field?

I don't think we do, right?

Is there a way to add it in a easy way?

How to create a the Master Detail in Efficy 2014 ?

I followed the information in the partner pdf with the example of Car and Brand field but it seems not to work, the result is that the list is not filtered.

Do we have something else in 2014 ?
