How keep header fixed on top of a long grid list.

Some of customers expect to keep on the top of the grid like that : http://imaputz.com/cssStuff/bigFourVersion.html

The problem in that case is that the adjustment of the header vs tablebody is not similar and not responsive.

I need to implement something like that for one of our customer.

Anybody has already done something similar in Efficy witch is compatible with some moderns browser ? Could it be standardized for the future versions by a complete review of the grid in Efficy by using something else than th,tr,td in a table ?
