Hi,

I've installed Efficy 11.2
I receive this error when i try to use efficy url (efficy, conficy, console, ...)

HTTP Error 500.50 - URL Rewrite Module Error. The server variable
"X_EFFICY_APP" is not allowed to be set. Add the server variable name
to the allowed server variable list.

I didn't fint where is the problem ?

I added into "customer and Guest Manager" tool, the customer with the authorized URL but I still have this bug. Any idea of the problems ?

Client replication for Efficy v10 sp2 doesn't run...

Hi,
we installed a new window surface tablet with Efficy 10 sp2. The runtime is running, but it is impossible to connect the nomad database to the main server with the "Client de Réplication": we are blocked with this error: "Cannot find definition for Alias 'xxxx'. Ask your Efficy Administrator to add it"...

Has anyone already implemented the replication client for the v10 sp2?

Solve a "older version of Efficy Sidebar [...]" cannot be removed during sidebar MSI installation

During the MSI installation of the sidebar, it is quite rare, but you can unfortunately encounter that kind of error :

This error is particularly annoying because even if you uninstall any previous sidebar installation, you will most probably still be blocked at this step.
That situation is most probably caused by a corrupted registry regarding sidebar components.

Difference between ExchangeQueueListener and ExchangeQueueSync

i would like to understand what is the difference between ExchangeQueueListenerService and ExchangeQueueSyncService.
I’ve find some info on edn about the difference between query-base synchro (ExchangeSyncService) and queue-based synchro (ExchangeQueueSyncService or ExchangeQueueListener ?) but I don’t find the real difference between QueueListener and QueueSync.

Other than the changes in the Flexmail integration, upgrading from Efficy 11.0 or previous Efficy 11.1 builds should be a painless procedure requiring little to no work.

Announcement: Efficy 10 SP2+ new Sidebar for for use with Firefox (r14440)

There is a new "Setup Efficy Sidebar and Add-ins 10SP2 Plus r14440" msi package available on the Partner FTP which addresses a Firefox-related certificate issue in the Sidebar.

Since Firefox 59+ for new installations there was no installation of the Root CA certificate because of a format change in the certificate DB of Firefox. Without certificate Firefox would not communicate correctly with the local web server running in the Sidebar.

The new Setup takes into account this change of format. If your customers don't use Firefox, the new Setup won't change anything.

Dear all,

I have a very strange issu at a customer, I have installed Efficy and it seems working (on HTTPS) I can logon, consult entity, edit entities and modify them ... but I cannot delete it, I got the following error message ... which is not an Efficy Error message

if I remove the "javascript:top.opener.ShowDesktop(true);top.close()" from the URL it is working

I would like to know if there is any special rules / Ports on a NetWork Firewall or any other NetWork device that should be setup for Efficy to work properly

PS: I have also issue when adding Widget to the Main page, the issue is also a 403 Forbidden but in this case I don't have any Javascript in the URL

Is Efficy 10 still using ActiveX and/or Java Applets?
Also do we then still need to install the certificates?
