How to select a contact in a document generated from a company

Hello,

I am working on an invoice template in Word, with the Efficy Word integration. I save my document as a template.

In my document, among other things, I insert this :

[$=COMP.NAME]
[$=CONT.TITLE] [$=CONT.FIRSTNAME] [$=CONT.NAME]

Then, in Efficy, from a Contact, when I "Add Link to Document" > "Launch Template", I can show fields from both the Contact table and the Company table.

I notice that if a Contact has multiple links with multiple Companies, only the Company with the Main Link will be selected.

Now the problem I have is if I want to Launch Template, but from a Company. Then I am able to show Company name, but it won't retrieve any Contact field to show.

So my question is : is it possible to generate the document from a Company and show data from a specific contact ? For example I have contacts which have the Function "Invoicing Contact" and I would like to show fields from these.

Is Efficy 2012 summer still compatible with Office 2019 or 365 (2019 release)

Cannot Authorize sync with PieSync

I"m trying to authorize a sync with PieSync in order to sync contacts with an emailplatform.

According to the instructions I have to enter database name, login and password.

I tried this but kept getting the error that database name is incorrect.
"There was an issue with your credentials, the authentication failed with: [EEfficyBrokerMessage] Incorrect Database Alias"

Please advice!

Office365 : Efficy integration with the WebVersion ?

I would like to know if it is possible to have an Efficy Integration with the online version of Office365, in another word if it is possible to save email from Office365 online version into Efficy like the Efficy buttons we have in Outlook sidebar version?

Considering the Efficy Office integration wizard :

How does this wizard selects the different sets of fields for each entity in the left column of the wizard ?

Can anyone explains how these fields are selected? Can we customize anything about that?

Hello,

I'm stuck on a case for weeks and hope a little help from the Office integration experts.

A new entity fails in getting its own fields in the "field integration wizard" of the Office Add-In :

These fields seems to be retrieved by a function called GetTemplateFields (located the DLL, or somewhere else...).

Understanding what is the principle of the query launched by this function can help me a lot in fixing that issue!

Does anyone have some info about it?
