Load Custom JQuery module/function in Efficy

Hello,

If I have a external module for JQUERY like jquery.maskedinput.js.
What do I need to do exactly to load it into Efficy and make it work ?

Never done this before, and no one I've asked knows, so asking this on the Overflow can be handy for a lot of people.
