Is there a way to resynchronize into Efficy a campaign which has launched directly from Flexmail?

A campaign has been launched from Flexmail by error. Is there any possibility to get this campaign resynchronized back into Efficy, so that we can also get the campaign report available in Efficy?
Which procedure do we need to follow to do that?

Unsubscribed from a profile

Hi,

Previously (efficy 2012), to send an emailing we created a publication from a profile. The publication contained all contacts from the profile and took into account the unsubscriptions of contacts (i.e. contacts that previously unsubscribed them self in a mailing).

In efficy 2014, it's not possible to create a publication from a profile that takes into account the unsubscriptions!

How to create a publication taking into account the (previously registered!) unsubscriptions?

How to filter a list of contact with personalized view

Hi,

I was told that we can filter a list of contact (within a plublication) by using personalized view.
The advantage of doing this if that you can filter with more than 1 criteria without having to use "AND" and "OR" connector in the classical filter, which is not so user friendly...

But... when I filter the list like this and I want to send a mail (through flexmail), if my test contact (myself) doesn't match the criteria of the personalized view, he doesn't received the test mail...

Do you have any tips for me please?
