How to use the $('#modal-host').foundation('reveal', 'open'); as waiting overlay during loading.

I need to have a waiting overlay when loading few customized pages.

I decided to use the $('#modal-host').foundation('reveal', 'open'); but first problem it's generated only after my load. So to late and it seem that calling the $('#modal-host').foundation('reveal', 'close'); doesn't work. No way to close it automatically

so 2 questions :

It is possible to use it before loading ?
what is the best way to open this modal when I launch an ajax call and close it when ajax respond.

Modal Page in Edit context

Hi I try to add a CmdButton in Edit Context to call a Modal page.

I am using the same call than for the consult context (that works well btw)

CmdOppoEditGrid {[<li><a class="i-done" href="edit?bookmark=-1&page=modal/OppoEditGrid.htm&entity=Oppo&key=<%GetKey()%>"
    data-reveal-id="modal-host" data-reveal-ajax="true"><%GetLabel('Editer les lignes de devis')%></a></li>]}

I got an error like requirejs function is not defined....

this error doesn't seem logic to me at all...
does anyone knows how I should do?
