Hello,

I met a problem while I was trying to display a picture on the mail. It displayed like this :

I was able to solve this issue thanks to Stefan Vucinic who told me to encode the picture to base64.
example :

Configuration for Efficy 11.3 to reset a password for Extranet

Hi,

I'm migrating a customer to Efficy 11.3, but I'm struggling with the functionality to (re)set a password for Extranet. I'm able to do the request to reset the password, but when I want to (re)set the password I get the following error:

Cannot find definition for Alias "". Ask your Efficy Administrator to add it.

I've tried to set the setting "customerForExtranet", but this doesn't help.

How can I solve this error?
