Hi,

I'm migrating a customer to Efficy 11.3, but I'm struggling with the functionality to (re)set a password for Extranet. I'm able to do the request to reset the password, but when I want to (re)set the password I get the following error:

Cannot find definition for Alias "". Ask your Efficy Administrator to add it.

I've tried to set the setting "customerForExtranet", but this doesn't help.

How can I solve this error?

Extranet: Protection of the "I forgot my password" against Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS)?

Since Efficy 10 (I think), the Extranet User have the possibility to click on "I forgot my password".

One of our customer asked me if the "I forgot my password" was protected against DDoS attacks?

The question is interesting, because normally on such page we will add a captcha in order to prevent this kind of attacks, here the page doesn't have anything visible to prevent it, or may be there is a hidden mechanism?

Does anyone know something about this question ?

No one has the answer, this question is there from quite sometimes now ??

Missing the filebase in the link sent by mail for the forgot password

Hi,

When I try "I forgot my password" on prod in 11.2, (not the extranet)
I receive this mails;

So if I take the link and I try with the filebase "https://adeb.efficy.com" before. It works.

I tried to go in the designer to change the servicy > sys_setting > common

is there a possibility to let the user change it's password after the expiration period has passed? I've tried to open the Password change page, but then the session is already lost.

In somehow i lost the password for Admin console (i can't remember i've changeed it, but it's not working for "test" anymore). I've tried to reset my registry HKEYLOCALMACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\DSoft\Efficy\Web\AdminPassword to A94A8FE5CCB19BA61C4C0873D391E987982FBBD3
but still not working (i've restarted the com+)
