OpenURLSecure: HttpSendRequest failed for "" Error Code: 12029

Hello,

On an onpromise server, i installed the business-data-providers.

I have the following error :
HttpSendRequest failed for "connect.creditsafe.com" Error Code: 12029.

the url have been whitelisted and tls 1.2 is set.
I tested via postman and Invoke-WebRequest, and it works.

However in efficyserver.log, there seems to be a timeout:

any hints, where to look for a solution?.

How can we use Exchange synchro service through a Proxy

Hi all,

Our customer "Forem" is actually using the Office 365 Exchange synchro and have error because they use a proxy server to filter all internet connection.

The workaround is to put a rules in the proxy to authorise the exchange synchro server to go out on the internet, but they want to disabled this rules.

Which config can we do to force using a proxy with efficy services ?

Regards

Flexmail integration with proxy server

in Holland we have a customer who wants to use the flexmail integration. Efficy is used on a secured environment on which all external internet connection is routed via a proxy server. Is there a way for Efficy to use this proxyserver ?

If not, which ports have to be open in the firewall ? At this moment we have opened the IP 37.148.180.105, but that doesn't seem to be sufficient.
