Hello,

I have an issue with the remote files for one of our clients.

When we try to access to a file which is in read-only, we have an error.

1) I access to the document which is in read-only mode

2) When I click on the document, I have this popup

3) If I press “OK”, a new window opens with this message :

Here you can see the data properties of the file:

Do you have any idea of what creates this issue ?
