Does some one have experience with these such requirements:

Search on multiple criteria in parallel
Search in document content and document title in parallel
Filtered searching, only in those documents linked to a specific folder or documents with a specific tag.

How can one customise an Efficy search query?

Hello,

For a client we have the following issue:

When a user wants to link a contract to an action, the search query should initially show the oldest contracts only (each contract has multiple versions=different contract in Efficy).

The query to get these contracts exists and is executed BUT if the user wants to link an other contract they should be able to use the search function with a default query.

How would one set up something like this?

Efficy Search How it work and can we change the way Search is done?

I have a customer that ask the following question:

"in efficy it makes a difference if I search for + 49 1237 / 789 - 987
or 491237789987...depending what is in the field Phone1-3 If possible
we would like to make the search more tolerant - maybe searching
without white spaces.

I am think of something like

select K_WHATSOEVER from TABLE where DropWhiteSpaces(PHONE1) =
DropWhiteSpaces(SearchString) "

I would like to know if it is possible in Efficy to change the way the search is done.
If so can you detail how to do that?
