I can't understand the causes, especially since the problems happen in an irregular way.

How to use "where clause" in DoubleFinder

Hi,

what would be the correct syntax to exclude contacts from being a duplicate by filtering for a specific field in the table? In the DoublFinder Configuration is a node "Where clause" having child nodes for all entities that are searched for duplicates.

I want to prevent contacts having FTYPE = 5 in the contacts entity to be considered as a duplicate. So do i need to just insert
FTYPE != 5 like an SQL statement?

And what would be the syntax in case of multiple filters? Using and and or and using brackets? I don't find any information in the documentation concerning the "where clause". Sorry, if i just did not find it!

PdfOfficeConverter: Microsoft Office application access is denied when running the service

Hellow,

I installed a brand new server to host the PDFOfficeConverter service. The user which is running the application (efficy\svc.pdf) doesn't have admin rights on the server / domain.

In interactive mode, everything is working well.

When I start the service, I got this error :

Error while opening Microsoft Word: Server execution failed, ClassID: {000209FF-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}

Note that you may have the issue on the Excel or PowerPoint classID

My Environment :

Windows Server 2012 R2
Microsoft Office 2013 HB

Hi everyone,

i would like to understand what is the difference between ExchangeQueueListenerService and ExchangeQueueSyncService.
I’ve find some info on edn about the difference between query-base synchro (ExchangeSyncService) and queue-based synchro (ExchangeQueueSyncService or ExchangeQueueListener ?) but I don’t find the real difference between QueueListener and QueueSync.

I getting this error message from the InspectLogService:

What is the meaning of "File too old" and of course how can I get rid of it?

Dear,

Do we have a Mail uploader for Domino?
Like sending an email with a bcc address or drag/drop an email in a LN folder and the mail is upload as task in Efficy.
