Efficy Corporate New Build Version (2021-17) : Digital Signature Optimizations

Hi all,

The new build version of Efficy Corporate Edition 2021 is available.

Digital Signature :
The webinar, scheduled for March 11, will showcase these features.
We have optimized the implementation of the digital signature. We can now launch a digital signature directly from the documents for dedicated objects.

We have also improved the management of message templates for YOUSIGN:

and finally the possibility of putting a redirection URL after signature (DigitalSignature.SuccessCallBackURL) :

We have also set up 2 new jobs which allow to update a reference value of an object from the modification of another linked object.

emails from Efficy have no Outlook signature

When a mail is composed from Efficy ( Publications or just a notification ),
no signature is added in Outlook.

Can this be solved ?

Does anyone did an implementation of the functionwizard signatur function?

The customer wants to use a generic function based on the logged-in user.
The signature will be an jpf file.

The discripton says:
Retreives data form sys_storage.

Saves en retreivecs, company logo's, standard signatures, addresses and so on.
