Configuration of Mail Dispatch with STARTTLS raise error LIBS-1803, what configuration we did wrong?

we are trying to setup the mail dispatch for our customer Fondation Patrimoine, the customer gave us the following configuration :
smtp : smtp.office365.com
sécurity : STARTTLS
Port : 587

So we configure it like this

but we get the following error

Connecting to SMTP Server "smtp.office365.com"
12:52:19> <Emails are not allowed> --> To:Emails are not allowed|Cc:|Bcc:|Subject:"Test Sending Email"
12:52:19> Error: Sending Internet Mail Failed: LIBS-1803 Unable to send the message with subject: "Test Sending Email"
SSL negotiation failed.

In the "Internet Option", TLS1.2 and TLS1.3 are activated

Does anybody encountered this error ?
Does STARTTLS supported by MailDispatch ?

Hello Team,

I would like to help a client with their SMTP configuration.

With the value SMTP in the OutMailProtocol

I have the following error log

2021-10-05 12:49:12,101 ERROR com.edeal.frontline.helper.MessagesBaseHelper - Error sending the message com.sun.mail.smtp.SMTPSendFailedException: 451 5.7.3 STARTTLS is required to send mail [LO2P265CA0444.GBRP265.PROD.OUTLOOK.COM]

With SMTPS

2021-10-05 13:14:08,348 ERROR com.edeal.frontline.helper.MessagesBaseHelper - Error sending the message com.sun.mail.smtp.SMTPSendFailedException: 554 5.2.252 SendAsDenied; *Emails are not allowed* not allowed to send as *Emails are not allowed*;

Any help would be deeply appreciated

To add, for SMTPS; I changed the profiles to Emails are not allowed and I got something different in the log

2021-10-05 13:34:19,372 ERROR com.edeal.frontline.helper.MessagesBaseHelper - Error sending the message javax.mail.MessagingException: Exception reading response;
  nested exception is:
java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out

Is it possible to send all efficy generated emails to only one email address on a test system

Hi community,

for testing purposes we would like to redirect all emails from our development efficy system to one email address.

Currently the SMTP service is switched off.

Instead of a redirect a whitelist to be sent out.

Any chance to do this?
